All metal pieces were of stellar quality. 2. It is by far the most comfortable bench I have used. 3. I am 5' 10" and I can easily rest my head on all positions. 4. It doesn't wobble after adjustments. 5. No leg support for decline but the seat is big enough to clamp your thighs on but I would not recommend it for sit ups. There is also three seating positions. Bad: 1. . Some of the nuts and bolts are pretty difficult to screw on due to spray paint. You may need to strip off the paint otherwise you wear out the screws during installation. Its a bit tough of the hand using their hex keys. 2. The manual was poor and they could drawn the diagrams larger and clearer. The bolts and parts are laminated into a cardboard and some of the pieces popped out for me which may have scratched other parts. 3. The seat had noticeable tear on the bottom which is... It's well made and heavy. I got it to use with dumbbells up to about 50 pounds each. I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs and it's very stable, a taller person would easily fit on this bench.
