heavy duty,
nice angle and size,
rubber grips,
bar turns vs rope connector,

CON
rubber grips smell like rubber,-- less after a few weeks;
after one use the rusty brown grease started coming out. several uses and a few weeks later... hoping it may stop soon!

It's exactly what I was looking for. I use it for both overhand and bicep curls. The rubber grips make the exercising comfortable.

The only con is that it's heavy.
The good news is that it works, really, really well.

For my home gym I had two attachments, a short bar and a wide grip pull down bar.
I used one or the other for bicep, tricep, shrugs, calf raises, etc. I got a single handle bar for shrugs, but I use this for everything else but wide grip pull downs.

Before getting this, I used to get a pain in my upper forearms and I had to limit the weight accordingly. However with this, the combination of the angle and revolving arms enabled me to lift more weight without any pain in my forearms whatsoever. It's wonderful!
