these lifting straps are easy to use, and offer great support for the wrists when heavy weights are being handled. These work great if you're serious about lifting and you're at the point were certain exercises become difficult because you're distracted by trying to keep your grip on significant weight (100 lb. + dumbbell shrugs, barbell rows etc...)
Fitment is good, ease of putting on is fairly good...could be easier...some fiddling sometimes...lifting assistance is GREAT! You can really concentrate on your range of motion and form and ignore the weight hanging off your arms now.
Get these over the hook type straps because they are not as cumbersome and you can ignore the straps on your wrists until you need them.
Very good product overall.
