Enough pockets to carry your gels, camera, SCaps!, even toilet paper!!The only problem I had was when I had heavy objects (camera, etc) in the front pocket, they would bounce too much. I am considering the hydration bladder but can't find any feedback. If you are into distance running or just like to carry a bunh-o-stuff when you run, grab one of these.
